How The Shop Works
When you have found the item you wish to purchase, you just have click the 'Add' or 'Add to Cart' button to put that item into your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, simply click on "Shopping Cart" at the top of each page and you'll see what you have chosen. From there on, just follow the instructions given.
Technical Stuff
To avoid technical problems you should use Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher OR Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher. Your browser must accept cookies. Cookies are neccessary to record the goods you have bought during your shopping session. Once you quit your browser OUR cookie will be deleted. And, you don't have to change your security settings. There is NO Java or Active X on these pages.

We only work with SSL-encoded transactions. This is the safest way for you to buy something over the Internet. Our Certificate is issued by Thwate - A VeriSign Company. Click the link to get more info.
Payment Methods
You have the following options:
You can pay by advance payment. Either by postal money order or by cheque. We will wait for cheques to clear before processing your order. Or just take the easy way out and pay by credit card (Master Card or Visa).
What happens once I have ordered?
We process orders straight away, or immediately after weekends or public holidays. You will receive an E-mail informing you that your order has been received and is about to be processed. Once we have sent the item, you will receive another E-mail telling you that the order has been processed and is being delivered.
When do I get my order?
The lengths of delivery times are between 2 to 14 days.

Please note: No profit is made on shipping costs. If you still believe shipping is too expensive, why not organise an order with your friends to be delivered to one place? Shipping costs can then be shared, and everyone pays less!
What happens when the item(s) I ordered are not in stock?
You will be asked before buying what to do if this occurs. Your choices are:
- Ship only those items that are available within 7 working days.
- Ship whatever is available within 30 days and delete the rest of the order.
- Send those items that are in stock at the moment and ship the remaining order within 30 days (additional shipping costs).
This gives us the opportunity to better supply you with your order.
Is their a catalogue?
Unfortunately not, as our catalogue changes on a day to day basis.
What if an item is defective?
We are not responsible for any items once they have been sent. Please contact the party who delivered the order.
What articles can I exchange?
Videos, CDs, DVDs, LPs and Cassettes cannot be exchanged.
