DORO first drew attention to herself in 1982 with her band Warlock, starting out with ‘Burning the Witches,’ which was followed by the successful ‘Spellbound’ and ‘True As Steel.’ The 1987 Warlock release ‘Triumph and Agony’ is considered a milestone in rock history with over 500,000 units sold to date. After a strong and successful career with Warlock, DORO went solo.
A few months ago she was voted best international female Rock vocalist by a Spanish Rock magazine for the 12th (!) time in succession. DORO’s motto is as straightforward as can be: “I always give 120%,” she declares, “and I love my fans. I’ve always considered it an honour to be able to play for them.” DORO is truly Metal’s first lady and ‘Fight’ was her crowing glory as a solo artist! Deluxe digipak reissue with 4 bonus tracks.
